How this website handles your data

This page explains what Med Ops HQ collects through this website, why, how long it is kept and how to ask for it to be deleted.

What is collected

Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and your message.

Job applications (on the careers page): the position you apply for, your full name, email address, phone number, your note (if you write one), your CV file and the date and time you gave your consent.

Your connection's IP address is used for a short time to limit how many forms can be sent from one connection. It is not saved with your message or application.

Why

  • Contact form: to read and answer your message.
  • Job applications: for recruitment, to review your application and contact you about it.

How it is stored

What you type and your CV file are stored encrypted on Med Ops HQ's server. They can only be opened by Med Ops HQ staff signed in to the website's administration area. When you send a message or an application, a notification email is sent to Med Ops HQ's own mailbox; for an application it includes your CV. When you apply, you also receive a confirmation email.

How long it is kept

Messages, applications and CVs are kept until Med Ops HQ deletes them. There is no automatic deletion. Deleting an application also deletes its CV file.

How to ask for deletion

You can ask for your message or your application and CV to be deleted at any time by writing to info@medopshq.com.
